Methods of payment - In order to keep our expenses low and minimize fee increases, we request payment at the time of your visit. Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover are acceptable. Exceptions to the general rule include hospital care and certain types of emergency care, for which we will bill you.

As a service and convenience to you we will file directly with your health insurer for hospitalization charges if you provide us with the necessary policy information. We allow up to 60 days for insurance company payment, after which any unpaid balance will become due and payable by you.

For office visits and outpatient services we will provide you with an insurance form completed to the extent of our information. This can be easily completed and submitted by you to your insurance carrier. We will gladly assist you with any problems you encounter in doing this.
