Accidents and illnesses can occur at any time of the day and we will provide care for your child whenever urgent problems arise. We do need time for rest and family life and therefore appreciate your calling during regular office hours whenever possible. Prescription refills and simple questions, such as the dosage of over-the-counter medications, are examples of matters best attended to during normal hours.

If your child needs our attention after hours, call our regular office number 273-9700 for instructions.  Please have your child's chart number available when calling. We try to return your call within 15 minutes or as soon as possible if you specify that the problem is an emergency. If we fail to do so, please call back and notify the answering service. When we return your call, please give us your child’s name and age, and the nature of the problem.
